Zaur Kugotov

A resident of Cherkessk. On 24 November 2014, he was arrested on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation for his involvement in the activities of the Islamic movement Tablighi Jamaat. Its adherents are persecuted solely because of their religious activities. On 14 May 2015, Kugotov was given 1 year of suspended sentence.
