Vladislav Borisenko

A resident of Nizhnevartovsk. He was taken into custody in connection with a criminal case concerning the arson of a military recruitment office; according to the investigation, he was filming the incident. Initially, Borisenko was charged with damage to or destruction of property and hooliganism, but the charge was later reclassified as committing a terrorist act by a group of persons. On January 31, 2023, Borisenko was sentenced to 12 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
