Vladimir Ogolev

A resident of Kaliningrad. In January 2026, he and an acquaintance tried to light a cigarette from the Eternal Flame and steal baskets of flowers. A case was opened against them for the desecration of memorial structures commemorating those who died in defence of the Fatherland.

On 19 February, the court sentenced him to 240 hours of community work.
