Vladimir Kharaustenko

A resident of Spassk-Dalny (Primorsky Krai), he worked in an intensive care unit, later on a construction site. On 27 August 2024, he was detained and then placed in custody on charges of incitement to terrorism. In his own words, he wrote comments "against the tsar and his oprichniki and against senseless slaughter". On 12 September 2025, Kharaustenko was sentenced to seven years in a general regime colony.
