Biography
A resident of Novokuznetsk. A case was opened against him on charges of spreading military "fakes" and calls for extremism and terrorism because of comments criticising the authorities, as well as a suggestion to hang officials from poles. In March 2024, the young man was included in the list of "terrorists and extremists" by Rosfinmonitoring.
Kuzbass Without Extremism, a Telegram channel linked to the law enforcement agencies, published Tymkiv's comments, which likely formed the basis for the case: "As long as Putin destroys the people, the people will not stop poisoning themselves out of desperation. That's where all the evil is";

Kuzbass Without Extremism, a Telegram channel linked to the law enforcement agencies, published Tymkiv's comments, which likely formed the basis for the case: "As long as Putin destroys the people, the people will not stop poisoning themselves out of desperation. That's where all the evil is"; "The authorities put him in jail, fearing for their reputation, they put him in jail and now the authorities are faggots, fucking cocksuckers, stupid Nazis, subhumans, Satanists, bastards" (about Furgal's case), "Russians are stupid, I hate Russians", "I propose to hang officials on poles for having gone to study in Europe and the USA with Russian money, let them study in Africa". In one case, he responded to another user's question "Who's to blame that you couldn't find a job? <...>": "Our Nazi thieving terrorist government is to blame. To leave, you have to earn, to earn - to leave, give money, our dough went to such paedophiles in Moscow and Peter anyway." In another comment he wrote to another user: "Okay, I'll go solve the problems, I'll kill all the officials with a machete". Among the published comments there were no statements about the war in Ukraine or the Russian army, which usually lead to cases of military "fakes".
In July 2025, the case was referred to court. On 22 September 2025, Tymkiv was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony.
In 2023, the Zavodskiy District Court of Novokuznetsk held Tymkiv administratively liable three times: in two cases under charges of incitement to hatred, in another case for displaying prohibited symbols. On 28 March he was fined 5 thousand rubles under a charge of incitement to hatred because of negative comments about Russians. The outcome of the second case of incitement to hatred is unknown. In December, Tymkiv was fined two thousand rubles for the depiction of Nazi symbols - he himself said in court that not all correspondence was shown in the case materials, and he despises Nazism.
