Biography
Kazakov is a resident of Novouralsk (Sverdlovsk region). On 7 October 2025, the Vechernie Vedomosti newspaper reported that a case of Nazism rehabilitation had been opened against Kazakov due to his publications on the Novouralskoe svobodnoe slovo ("Novouralsk Free Word") website. During the investigation Kazakov signed a non-departure undertaking.
In December, it became known that the charges were supplemented with another episode of rehabilitation due to more publications on the same website.
In 2022, the pensioner was tried seven times under the administrative article on discrediting the use of the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Criminal Code), in 2025 he was

In 2022, the pensioner was tried seven times under the administrative article on discrediting the use of the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Criminal Code), in 2025 he was charged with three more protocols under the discreditation article (Article 20.3.3 of the Criminal Code) and three under the article on incitement to hatred or hostility (Article 20.3.1 of the Criminal Code).
In January 2026, Kazakov's criminal case went to court, but in February it was returned to the prosecutor's office.
