Resident of Irkutsk, lawyer. Known for bringing to trial the case of Anna Shavenkova, daughter of the chairperson of the local election commission, who was accused of running down sisters Yelena and Yulia Pyatkov by car (Yelena died as a result, Yulia was left with a disability). On 10 March 2026, he was detained with the use of force. After that, according to Grigorov's defence counsel, he was taken to hospital, where the doctor initially insisted on hospitalisation, but after a conversation with the investigator released him. During the whole day the detainee was neither fed nor drunk. A case has been opened against the lawyer on two episodes of violence against representatives of the authorities. In one case he is accused of using violence against an investigator in his office, in the other - that he attacked the deputy head of the investigation department during a court hearing. On 13 March 2026, Grigorov was placed under house arrest.
