Valery Ryzhov

Resident of Moscow. One of the founders of the "Union of Slavic Forces of Russia" (also appears as "USSR" in the documents banning the organisation). A case was brought against him for organising activities of an extremist organisation. The court found him insane. Presumably, Ryzhov was sent to compulsory treatment.
