Timofey Panchenko

Resident of Irkutsk. On 23 February 2025, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and public justification of terrorism. The reason for the case was comments in support of the Legion "Freedom of Russia" and graffiti made on behalf of the Legion.
