Timofey Khokhlov

Resident of the Murmansk region. Programmer, leading engineer at Murmansk Arctic University. He was prosecuted for calls to extremism and terrorism because of two comments: in one he called on NATO to hang Putin and strike the Kremlin, in the other he called on Ukraine to strike Kursk. On 21 October 2025, Khokhlov was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony.
