Charged with participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the 48th separate assault battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan. On October 9, 2025, Vorsenyuk was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime colony.
