A resident of Uyar (Krasnoyarsk region). He was detained on 3 February 2026 and placed in custody on 5 February on charges of involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation, namely the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities, such as holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters
