Sergei Ninikin

Resident of Krasnoyarsk. In September 2025, he was detained in a case of financing extremist and terrorist activities, presumably because of donations to the Artpodgotovka movement. According to the investigation, he transferred about 100 thousand rubles (US$1302) to the accounts of the organisation from 2021 to 2024. He was under house arrest. On 2 February 2026, Ninikin was sentenced to nine years in a strict regime colony.
