Sergei Kaplienko

A resident of Rostov-on-Don and a streamer. A case was opened against him for disseminating knowingly false information about the Russian Armed Forces. Mr. Kaplienko was placed under house arrest. In September 2025, the case went to court. On 9 December 2025, Mr. Kaplienko was sentenced, the details of that sentence are unknown. On 16 February 2026, the appellate court changed the sentence to five years in a general regime colony.
