Roman Zvyagintsev

A resident of Yekaterinburg. On the night of 1 August 2023, he was detained and then sent to custody on charges of committing a terrorist act. According to the investigation, he, together with another Yekaterinburg resident, set fire to a relay cabinet. On 11 December 2025, Zvyagintsev was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime colony.
