Roman Vasilenko

A resident of the Trans-Baikal Territory. On 19 March 2026, he was searched as part of a case of involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation, namely the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters. Vasilenko was given a covenant not to leave the country.
