Biography
Resident of the Moscow region. He was a leader of the informal community of "zatsepers" and worked as a courier in a logistics company. On 22 August 2025, he was sentenced to a fine of 100,000 roubles on charges of involving teenagers in dangerous unlawful acts in connection with the death of a 17-year-old girl who died while trying to pass on the outside of the Lastochka train. Gromov was exonerated with time spent in custody. We do not consider this prosecution to be political.
In November 2022, Gromov was brought to administrative responsibility under the article on discrediting the army

In November 2022, Gromov was brought to administrative responsibility under the article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). One of the reports on "hooking" mentions that he posted selfies with the flag of Ukraine and the comment "Glory to Ukraine!", as well as a comment with the words "I was transferring to generators".
In December 2025, Gromov was taken into custody on charges of confidential co-operation with a foreign state.
