Ramil Salmanov

A resident of Volgograd, he was investigated on charges of making calls to extremism and publicly justifying terrorism. According to the authorities, he encouraged violence against Russian citizens and expressed approval of the killing of a Russian serviceman by a Ukrainian soldier affiliated with the Azov unit.
