Biography

He lived in Rubizhne (Luhansk region of Ukraine), in spring he fled from the war to Vladimir region to his relatives, where he later received a certificate of temporary asylum. A case of public justification of terrorism was opened against Neizhmakov because of his statements on social networks criticising Putin and the Russian army. He was taken into custody.

On 14 August 2023, Neizhmakov was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony.

On 18 December 2024, the court placed him under administrative supervision for eight years.

In March 2026, Neizhmakov was allegedly released.
