Biography
Resident of Ryazan, former editor-in-chief of YA62.RU. In March 2025, the publication was deregistered and its website was blocked. This happened after Moiseyuk was fined 60,000 rubles for materials about mobilisation and an explosion at a power plant, which the authorities found to be inaccurate. He resigned as editor-in-chief. According to the ASTRA Telegram channel, the YA62.RU website is currently being reopened in Russia without a VPN, and the media licence is listed as valid in the Roskomnadzor register.
On 17 February 2026, Moiseyuk was detained in a case of financing extremist activities because of the transfer of 300 rubles to
