Oleg Pronko

A resident of Kherson. No later than early July 2022, he was detained; official Russian media reported that he was accused of organizing an assassination attempt on Evgenii Sobolev, then head of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Kherson Region. He died in custody. In May 2024, the criminal prosecution against him was discontinued.
