Nikolai Popovich

Ukrainian military personnel. On November 17, 2024, he was taken prisoner in the Kursk region. A criminal case was opened against him for committing a “terrorist act.” On May 28, 2025, Popovich was sentenced to 16 years in a maximum-security penal colony.
