Biography
Former chairman of the Yabloko party branch in Ramenskoye (Moscow Region). On 10 March 2026, he was searched as part of a case on the dissemination of deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. After interrogation, Markin was released on his own recognisance. He claimed that he had not published the posts he was accused of, but talked himself out of it to avoid being taken into custody and toughening the charges.
