She worked as an administrator at the Centre for Assistance to Indigenous Minorities of the North, which was liquidated in 2019 at the request of the Ministry of Justice. Then she was an office manager in the office of the Association of Indigenous Minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East. On 17 December 2025, she was detained and then placed in custody on charges of participating in the activities of a terrorist organisation due to her involvement in the Aborigen Forum, an informal association of activists and experts representing the peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of Russia. This organisation was added to the list of terrorist organisations in 2024 as a "structural subdivision" of the "Forum of Free States of Post-Russia". Even earlier, it was added to the list of extremist organisations as a subdivision of the defunct "Anti-Russian Separatist Movement". Immediately after that, it ceased its activities.
