Maxim Shtukar

A resident of Sevastopol. A case of calls to extremism and terrorism was brought against him: according to the investigation, he called for violence against the Russian military and destruction of shopping centres in Belgorod Region. On 10 March 2026, Shtukar was sentenced to four years in a general regime colony.
