Maxim Molchanov

Resident of the Leningrad Region. In February 2026, a criminal case was opened against him for public calls for terrorism because of a comment in which it was said that in order to end the war against Ukraine, an atomic bomb should be dropped on Moscow and St. Petersburg. On 12 March 2026, Molchanov was taken into custody. A support group claims that he was subjected to electric shocks with a stun gun after his detention.
