Biography
A resident of Kirov. MMA fighter. On 23 February 2025, he was detained because of his antics near the local club "Amsterdam": he argued with girls, including the wife of a war veteran, showed a tattoo with the logo of the Azov battalion, raised his hand in Nazi salute and shouted "Sieg Heil, Azov, Sieg Heil!". He was charged with three administrative offences: public display of banned symbols (Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code), discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) and petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code) - in the third case he received 15

He was charged with three administrative offences: public display of banned symbols (Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code), discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) and petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code) - in the third case he received 15 days of arrest. Some media reported that Levanov was a member of the local branch of the Russian Community. After that, the head of the branch Valery Kataev said that Levanov had already been expelled for two months. Later it became known that a criminal case on hooliganism and public justification of terrorism was opened against the Kirov resident. He was taken into custody.
