Konstantin Perfiliev

A resident of Polevskiy (Sverdlovsk region), worked as a hydraulic engineer at the factory. According to him, he was detained on 31 July 2023, but the materials of the criminal case indicate 1 August. On 3 August he was placed in custody on charges of committing a terrorist act and attempted terrorist act: this is how the investigation qualified arson and attempted arson of relay cabinets. On 11 December 2025, Perfiliev was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime colony.
