Kirill Seleznev

A resident of St Petersburg, he was detained on 19 February 2026 in connection with a case concerning alleged public calls to terrorism. The charges relate to comments made in 2023–2024, in which law enforcement authorities claimed to have identified calls for strikes on Moscow and for Moscow and St Petersburg to be attacked by drones.

Seleznev was remanded in custody on 20 February.
