Ivan Kuznetsov

Ukrainian serviceman. Captured in the spring of 2022. According to the court's website, he was charged with the participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation, as opposed to other Ukrainian servicemen captured at the same time as Kuznetsov who were charged with the participation in the activities of a terrorist community. The "Azov" battalion, which the serviceman is accused of being involved in, was recognised as a terrorist organisation in August 2022. Kuznetsov's case went to court in February 2026.
