Ilia Mezentsev

A resident of Kislovodsk. A case was initiated against him on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organization and the promotion of terrorism. According to the investigation, he corresponded with representatives of the Freedom of Russia Legion and carried out their tasks, in particular, by putting up leaflets containing a link to their Telegram channel. On March 24, 2026, Mezentsev was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime (penal) colony.
