A resident of the village of Milkovo (Kamchatka Krai). A criminal case was opened against him on charges of inciting terrorism due to comments made on Telegram, in which law enforcement authorities identified calls for violent reprisals against government officials and a certain public figure.

On December 11, 2025, a court sentenced him to a fine of 500,000 rubles.
