Resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskii, journalist. In October 2021, it became known that a case was brought against him for insulting a representative of authority and defamation due to a video entitled "About the work of the Prosecutor's Office of Kamchatka Krai". The court trial began in February 2023. According to the information on the court website, in June 2023 the trial was suspended because Filatov went into hiding. On 11 July 2023, he was placed in custody. On 18 August 2023, Filatov was sentenced to 460 hours of community service, the term was reduced taking into account the time spent in
