Fedor Grudin

Resident of Moscow, blogger. Maintained publicks with "anti-vaccine satire", which were blocked in 2022. On 25 September 2025, he was arrested for 15 days under an administrative article on petty hooliganism (Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences): according to the protocol, he swore at the police station. On 13 October, the court considered a protocol on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the CAO) drawn up on Grudin, but returned the case to the police. On 14 October 2025, he was arrested again for 15 days, already under the administrative article on disobedience to the lawful demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the CAO): according to the protocol, he refused to show his passport. On 30 October 2025, he was arrested for five days under the administrative article on public display of prohibited symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because he had uploaded the design of the logo of the Legion "Freedom of Russia" to a Telegram chat room.

On 1 April 2026, Grudin was detained and sent to custody the next day as part of a criminal case on public justification of terrorism.
