Fanur Khazhin

Resident of Bashkortostan. Taken into custody on charges of participation in mass riots and use of violence against a representative of the authorities in connection with a popular gathering in Baymak on 17 January 2024 in support of activist Fail Alsynov, sentenced to four years in prison. On 24 December 2024, Khazhin was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony. On 6 May 2025, the court of appeal reduced the sentence to four years and two months. In March 2026, Khazhin had the remainder of his sentence commuted to compulsory labour.
