Biography
An Ukrainian serviceman. On 10 August 2024, he was taken prisoner in the Kursk region. In the same month, a video was published in which Labunskii claims that his superiors had ordered him to shoot civilians in Kursk Region if they resisted. Criminal proceedings were initiated against him on charges of committing a terrorist act. The authorities classified as terrorism the alleged threats made with weapons against civilians, the unlawful occupation of private homes, obstruction of evacuation efforts, and repeatedly opening fire with intent to kill against Russian servicemen and civilians.
