Biography
He is a resident of Tulun (the Irkutsk region) and a blogger. He published a video in which he argues with traffic police officers, as well as a video from a hunt in which the governor of the region took part. In 2024, he ran in the election for the mayor of Tulun. On 11 February 2026, Pavlechko was detained, allegedly with the use of force. He was later reported to have been charged with violating privacy because of a video where he showed the conditions in which the bodies of the dead were kept in a morgue: the video

In 2024, he ran in the election for the mayor of Tulun. On 11 February 2026, Pavlechko was detained, allegedly with the use of force. He was later reported to have been charged with violating privacy because of a video where he showed the conditions in which the bodies of the dead were kept in a morgue: the video also showed the house and car of one of the hospital employees. A local Telegram channel claimed that Pavlechko broke into the morgue by force. On 13 February, the blogger was arrested under the administrative article on public display of banned symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
