Resident of Tulun (Irkutsk Region). Blogger. Published videos where he argues with traffic police officers, videos from a hunt in which the governor of the region participated. In 2024 he participated in the election of the mayor of Tulun. On 11 February 2026 Pavlechko was detained, allegedly with the use of force. Later it became known that he was accused of violating privacy because of a video where he showed the conditions in which the bodies of the dead are kept in the morgue: the video also showed the house and car of one of the hospital employees. Later it became known that he was accused of violating privacy because of a video where he showed the conditions in which the bodies of the dead are kept in the morgue: the video also showed the house and car of one of the hospital employees. A local Telegram channel claimed that Pavlechko broke into the morgue by force. On 13 February, the blogger was arrested under an administrative article on public display of banned symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
