Andrei Volna

A doctor, traumatologist and orthopaedist, he lived in Kemerovo and left for Ukraine. In October 2024, he was included in the register of "foreign agents". In April 2026, he was added to Rosfinmonitoring's list of terrorists and extremists, with a marking placed next to the names of those prosecuted under terrorist articles.
