Andrei Shpringer

A resident of Amursk (Khabarovsk Krai). In February 2024, he was detained. A case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him. According to the investigation, he endorsed the activities of "Ukrainian terrorist organisations". On 13 September 2024, Shpringer was sentenced to three years in a general regime penal colony.
