Andrei Kolesnikov

A resident of Irkutsk. A criminal case was opened against him for public justification of terrorism, allegedly due to anti-war videos he posted on his YouTube channel. On 29 August 2024, the court imposed a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain activities against him. In 2025, Mr. Kolesnikov was sentenced to two years in a general regime penal colony.
