Andrei Evseev

He is a resident of Yekaterinburg. A case of confidential co-operation with foreign nationals was initiated against him. Evseev himself said that he had been corresponding with someone about arson, and then stopped it. On 10 February 2025, Evseev was sentenced to seven years in a general regime colony.
