Resident of Krasnodar. He was convicted on charges of damaging property, details are unknown. On 7 September 2023, he was detained and the next day arrested for 15 days under the administrative article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). On the day the arrest term ended, he was detained again, he was arrested again for the same period of time under the same article. When the term of the second arrest expired, Andreev was detained again, this time he was arrested for 10 days under the administrative article on disobedience to the lawful demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the CAO): according to the report, he refused to show his documents for inspection at 4 a.m. and tried to flee. On 17 October 2023, when the term of his third arrest ended, Andreev was taken into custody on a criminal case of public justification of terrorism because of comments approving the strike on the Crimean Bridge. On 18 June 2024, he was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony and a fine of more than 24,000 rubles, taking into account the previous sentence. On 13 November 2024, the appeal court increased the sentence to five years.
