Anastasia Astakhova

A resident of the Zabaikalsky Krai. On 19 March 2026, she was searched. A case was opened against her for involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation, namely the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters. Astakhova was given a recognisance not to leave the country.
