Alina Shelements

A resident of Kaliningrad. In January 2026, she and her acquaintance, attempted to light a cigarette from the Eternal Flame and to steal baskets of flowers. A case was opened against them on charges of desecration of memorial structures commemorating those who died defending the Fatherland.

On 19 February, the court sentenced her to 240 hours of compulsory labour.
