Ilya Prusikin, the lead singer of Little Big, has been declared wanted by the authorities

A criminal case has been opened against musician Ilya Prusikin, writes Mediazona. The article under which he is being sought is not yet known.

Prusikin left Russia after the start of the large-scale war and spoke out for its end.

“We love our country, but we completely disagree with the war in Ukraine, moreover, we believe that any war is unacceptable. We condemn the actions of the Russian government, and we find the Russian military propaganda machine so repugnant that we decided to drop everything and leave the country,” said the leader of Little Big.

In January 2023, the Ministry of Justice added the musician to the register of “foreign agents.” Among the reasons cited by the ministry were performances abroad, where he called for an end to the war in Ukraine.

Following this, Prusikin was fined several times for violations of “foreign agent” legislation. In 2024, protocols were drawn up against him for failing to include the required labelling.
