In Penza, a city in the Volga region, a blogger was arrested after posting a video showing spoiled ballots.

Stanislav Morozov, a blogger from Penza, voted outdoors: he marked all the candidates, wrote “Putin is a dickhead” on one ballot, and on another crossed out “United Russia” and added: “Goes straight to hell.” He recorded a video of this, and after publishing it, Morozov was detained by police, reports “7×7.”

Morozov had been reporting on the forced conscription of people from Penza for military contracts. According to his mother, the court sentenced the blogger to 14 days of arrest. The specific article remains unknown.
