The singer Naoko (Diana Loginova) was detained as she left the detention centre in St Petersburg. This was reported by Bumaga.

The same thing happened the previous evening to Alexander Orlov, the guitarist for “Stoptime” and Naoko’s fiancé. This is the third time the musicians have been detained. Only the drummer of the group, Vladislav Leontiev, remains free; he was released from the detention centre on 9 November.

On 29 October, Naoko was arrested for 13 days under two administrative articles: organising the simultaneous presence of citizens in a public place (Part 1, Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences) and petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). Orlov received 12 days' arrest and was also found guilty under Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences. Leontiev was also sentenced to 13 days under the same charge. That time, too, they were detained as they left the detention centre.

The musicians were arrested for the first time on 16 October over street performances featuring anti-war songs and tracks by “foreign agents.” The court jailed them under the article on organising mass presence of citizens in a public place (Part 1, Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences). Naoko was also charged with “discrediting the army” (Part 1, Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences); she has already been fined under one protocol, and the second case was registered by the court on 7 November. Afterwards, local performers in various cities held performances in their support.

11:06 New protocols are being drawn up against Naoko and Alexander Orlov for organising the simultaneous presence of citizens in a public place (Part 1, Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences), reports Rotonda.
